What to expect from Fosgail
We invite you to schedule a free Discovery Meeting. This is an opportunity for you to tell us about your project and for us to learn exactly what it is you’re wanting to achieve. During our conversation, we’ll ask you about your organization, your mission, and how this project fits into your vision. We will also ask you questions about your goals, your timeline, and your budget. If you’ve already developed a Request for Information, Quotation, or Proposal (RFI, RFQ, or RFP), we’d love you to bring that to the Discovery Meeting to jump-start our conversation.
Shortly after your Discovery Meeting, usually within 5 business days, we will send you our proposal. The proposal includes an outline of the project you’re asking us to manage and establishes what the scope of work will be. We also include a timeline and a description of the deliverables you’ll receive, all based on what we discussed in the Discovery Meeting. We also include our contracting terms so that you can preview those alongside the quote we provide. If there’s anything that we didn’t get quite right or anything you’d like to negotiate, we are happy to have further conversation with you about our proposal. Once everything is just right and you’re certain Fosgail is your partner of choice for your project, we’ll securely send a final copy for your signature.
Once we finalize a contract with you, we get started on your project as described in your agreed-upon proposal. We maintain transparency with you while we work, keeping you apprised of our progress and checking-in regularly to make sure we’re meeting your needs. We also maintain confidentiality and do not discuss or disclose our work on your project with anyone outside of the project without your permission. You’ll have opportunities to provide us with feedback along the way, ensuring that we continue to share the same goals and vision as the project progresses from start to finish.
